This set of beautiful mother-daughter dolls, named "Colleen and Caitlin," was made by artist Linda Hanson for Paradise Galleries from the "Heartwarming Irish Memories Collection." They have never been displayed, and have been slid out of the box, still attached to the cardboard for the photos. The mother, Colleen, wears a beautiful satin and lace-edged dress, and the baby wears christening gown with pink ribbons, and a lace cap. They are seated on a wooden rocker, (comes with set) and the mother has a music wind up key which plays the lovely tune, "That's an Irish Lullaby." The mother is approximately 16 inches long, but is designed to only be seated. She has beautiful red hair, and blue eyes with feathery lashes. Her porcelain baby,Caitlin, has reddish/blonde hair under her lace cap and is sleeping peacefully. She is is approximately 5 and 1/2 inches long, not including her long christening gown. They come with a Certificate of Authenticity. They have been stored in a plastic bin away from sunlight for several years.
